As a contractor in this role, you will:


  • Identify and work through any local research study requirements and consents such as data sharing agreements and memoranda of understanding, in conjunction with Renaissance’s Legal team
  • This is intended to be a 6-7 month contract job.
  • For some projects, maintain contact with school sites during the duration of a study
  • Connect with key stakeholders to understand the goals and requirements of various research and development activities that require participation and consent from schools and educators
  • Coordinate with sales, project managers, customer success, and other customer-facing teams to identify, contact, and build relationships with potential study participants
  • Evaluate our recruitment success and identify ways we might make participation in these research and development activities more appealing to schools


Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Basic familiarity with research study designs and data privacy requirements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to track communications and key facts about schools
  • Experience with K12 education
  • Excellent communications skills, in particular experience working with or selling to school administrators and teachers and understanding their constraints and points of view


Bonus points for:


  • Experience with coordinating or otherwise supporting research activities in any setting (education, health care, etc.)
  • Five years or more of work experience in K12 or Edtech
