About the role:
To accurately enter, research, transact consignment inventory data into SAP and the Access Database.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interprets information from a variety of source documents to determine data to be keyed.
- Maintains production records.
- Prepares and maintains programs for automatic duplicating or skipping operations.
- Operates numerical and/or alphabetical key station to transcribe or validate data from various INDUSTRIES source documents to another electronic format.
- Reviews input/output data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards and specifications.

Your Role Accountabilities...
Maintains calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and notes call, etc.
Answers telephones, screens, logs and places .
Proofreads and distributes material.
Orders supplies, books, etc.
Prepares documents such as deal memos, correspondence and expense reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
Previous administrative assistant experience required.
Familiarity with television industry required.
Previous studio experience strongly preferred.
Literary agency experience preferred.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
Some college preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
Typing: 55 wpm
PC Skills: MS Word, Windows, and Excel required.
Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, and filing procedures.
Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.
Knowledge of report, letter, logs, etc. formats required.
Must have exceptional grammar skills.

What You'll Do
UnitedMasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President and General Counsel of UnitedMasters. As the face of the President's office, you will ensure that the executives' schedule and daily activities are tightly managed to reflect their business priorities and to enable the highest value use of their time. You will also support the company's General Counsel, requiring utmost integrity and discretion. Finally, you will act as the Office Manager for the San Francisco office, ensuring the office runs smoothly, organizing San Francisco team meetings and events, and welcoming visitors.
Directly manage the President and General Counsels' calendars and ensure their schedules are followed and respected
Support effective and efficient meetings by drafting or obtaining meeting agendas, pre-reads and key information from other stakeholders, taking notes, sending follow up action items and following up.
Keep executives well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail
Anticipate and proactively meet executive's administrative and logistical needs throughout their day-to-day commitments, meetings, appearances and events
Manage and book executives travel and associated arrangements
Ensure that all T&E and corporate expenses are properly managed and accounted for
Represent the company and executives with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion in communications with internal staff and externally with: investors, clients, partners, artists, outside counsel and vendors, candidates, and other stakeholders.

Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating presentations and reports
