Prenatal Data Entry Coordinator

ThePrenatal Data Entry Coordinatorworks with the prenatal care team to assure updated patient information is available in the electronic medical record. This role is primarily responsible for the upload of prenatal care data into the new electronic medical record (EMR) called Athena One.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Science, Health Care Administration or Nursing required.

Experience:EMR and prenatal care in an ambulatory health care environment preferred.

Compensation:The starting rate for this position is $26.00 per hour, which reflectsthe beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your rate will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.

What you'll do:

• Risk factors from prior pregnancies
• Lab result values related to prenatal care.
• Number of prior pregnancies
• Genetic History
• Future plans such as pediatric care provider, future methods of birth control, feeding plan for the newborn(s), and other details.
• Take data extracted from AMOSKEAG ANESTHESIA, PLLC Legacy EMR (Athena Flow) to use in updating the “OB Episode” in our new EMR Athena One. This data will include information such as:
• EDC estimates and methodology
• OB Data Flowsheet that includes data from regular prenatal office visits such as presence of edema, fundal height measurements, weight, and other vitals critical to management of the OB episode
• Medical History
• Prenatal Care Plans developed during the episode of prenatal care.
