Project Description:
  • Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Ensure that daily targets are met and quality is maintained as per SLA/Operations metrics:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in Aerospace Warranty Work (warranty order creation, closure, and shipment tracking)
  • 2+ years of working knowledge in MS Office
  • Must adhere to Client's procurement policies and procedures
  • 2+ years of Client interaction, Reporting (internal/external), Workflow coordination, and escalation procedures

Bonus Points If You Have:
BS/BA in Supply Chain or Business Management or equivalent (Associate degree also acceptable with good work experience)
