Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to be part of our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will answer and resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
• Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
• Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
• Handle customer complaints or concerns
• Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately

Qualifications:

• Experience working with customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to line up and organize workflow.

Salary range:

$20.00 - $31.50 per hour.
