Entry Level Technician / Service Builder

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a few entry level techs to our brand new world-class facility in Fort Worth! The RideNow Powersports Technicians will play a dual role of builder and mechanic. If you are seeking an opportunity in a cool environment with awesome people, look no further! Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with other duties as requested by management
• Clean and prepare units for delivery
• Assemble Powersports vehicles according to the checklist provided by the manufacturer
• Load and Unload inventory
• Perform basic maintenance and oil changes as requested
• Install/Change tires
• Check fluids, tire pressure, and adjustments on all bikes
• Provide detailed documentation of any shipping damages, including photos and parts needed for repairs immediately to the Service Advisor or Service Manager
• Clean up the shop every morning before starting work and after each individual job/build is complete

Requirements

• Team Oriented- Works well with Managers, Technicians, and Customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high volume environment
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
• MMI Graduate or a minimum of 6 months hands-on experience handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles
• Motorcycle endorsement, desired
• Maintain an organized, tidy, and safe workspace
• Capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Clean driving record required
• Own a basic set of tools for assembling powerpsorts vehicles, preferred.
• Hands-on experience in a powersports dealership handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles, desired
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
