An industry leader in luxury furniture innovation and superb customer service, we are seeking an Order Entry Associate to join our support services. This key role serves as a go-to person for all things order-related such as product features, product warranty, order fulfillment/ changes, return processing, pricing, credit issues, and more so quickly developing an in=depth understanding of American Leather's products, processes, and policies is a must.
If you excel at gracefully and efficiently handling challenging customer service situations by phone and email, you can put those skills to good use on our team. We're looking for that special someone to go the extra mile in making every American Leather customer interaction positively memorable.

What you will do each day:
- Alpha numeric entry of purchase order information using Oracle database
- Ensures accuracy of information into order system
- Occasional follow-up with sales representatives and customers in the field
- Ensures order information is entered according to procedures and operating standards
We are looking for candidates that have:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize work
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, etc)
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn Oracle database system for order entry
- Skills and accuracy in data entry
- Attention to detail
- Minimum typing skills of 50 words per minute with minimal errors
Some 'must-haves' include:
- 1 year of data entry experience
- High School Degree or Equivalent
