• Client Onboarding & Training

• Delighting Clients

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Marketing Hub - ALL Certifications
• Sales Hub - ALL Certifications

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct ALL clients onboarding & on-going training
• Take client goals & targets and break them down into small actionable steps
• Carefully assign an appropriate due date to each mini task so that the team members finish the task before due dates & we are able to delight the clients by under promising & overdelivering
• Conduct weekly video calls with clients to go over all assignments completed that week, to show clients week over week growth, delight clients & find opportunities to upsell other products & services we offer
• Attend post sales calls with the CEO / COO / Sales Rep to better understand client needs
• Resolve any client issues immediately
• Be the main point of contact for all client needs & communication
• Follow up with ALL team members on a timely basis to make sure all deadlines are being met
• Coach with the CEO / COO on client account management & project management on a weekly basis
• Make a report of all the strengths / weaknesses & opportunities / losses you find while attending these meetings
• Create these actionable steps into mini task assignments & upload them into our project management software ( click-up )
• Create SMART goals & targets for & with the help of clients
• Carefully assign each mini task to the correct person on the team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Willing to work part time for 10-15 hours per week
• HubSpot customer onboarding experience ( 2 years + )
• Detailed & thorough communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Must be based in the United States
• Excellent organization & reporting skills
