OFFICE ASSISTANT- PEOPLE TEAM


Media Bridge Advertising is an agency in Minneapolis, MN, that combines media buying and creative services to help clients of all sizes grow and win. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Office Assistant to assist the People (HR) Team.

What You'll Be Doing As An Office Assistant


  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Maintaining files
  • Closing down the office
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
  • Overseeing clerical tasks
  • Assist with HR tasks including scheduling screening interviews
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail, and packages
  • Carries out administrative duties for the HR/People Department, such as filing, copying, mailing, scanning, etc.
  • Stocking refrigerator and break rooms
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
  • Ensure that the office, conference rooms, and bathrooms are kept clean on a regular basis


Knowledge & Experience


  • 1-3 years of administrative assistant/office assistant experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of ASANA preferred.

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE


This position will be In-Office. We are open to either a full-time or part-time position Monday-Friday and can be flexible with start and end times. We do offer occasional remote work days to balance work and personal needs. We understand that parking costs can be a concern and we fully pay for parking when employees are required to be onsite.
