Job Description
WorldWide Cellars, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Administration and owner with various administrative and financial tasks. If youre an efficient professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for providing exceptional support, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:


  • Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Assist the Director of Administration and owner with other general administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enter incoming payments to customer accounts, managing day-to-day accounts receivable tasks.


Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with Zoho One suite is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
  • A self-starter attitude, able to work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Formal education is not a requirement; hands-on experience and willingness to learn are prioritized.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role; accounting or bookkeeping experience is desirable.
