Learn more about us at (NASDAQ: HWKN) ABOUT THE JOB The Administrative Assistant works as direct administrative support for the headquarters location as well as providing support to all Hawkins locations around the country. This position is also the main back up for the headquarters receptionist position. This is a full-time position that is based at the Hawkins headquarters location in Roseville, MN. Responsibilities: General administrative support including preparation of mailings, communication, presentations, etc.

  • Assist with scheduling of company meetings and business unit large meetings or conferences
  • Coordinate outside catering requests and company events as necessary
  • Conducting New Employee Orientation training on the first day of employment in person or via web conference
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies and online ordering merchandise and supply for Hawkins brand materials ABOUT YOU
  • Knowledge of office technology to include printers, copiers, and fax
  • Maintain centralized filing system for corporate contracts and legal documents, allowing for easy retrieval
  • Minimum of high school education or equivalent
  • Perform various administrative processes for Human Resource department including but not limited to data entry, and filing and SharePoint maintenance
  • Experience working with a diverse employee group at all levels through executive
  • Experience in switchboard operation with 80 to 100 calls a day.
