Job Description
Our Office Administrative Assistant & clerks are pivotal to our operations. Come join our Kansas City, MO office today!


JOB Details


  • Coordinate with Safety Dept. on the cleanup of hazmat or other harmful spills
  • M-F no weekends
  • Ensure overages, shortages, damages, and refused shipments are processed timely
  • Determine the root cause of repeat issues and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure operating procedures are followed regarding the handling of OS&D procedures
  • Monitor claims watch and new customer accounts for any claim issues and implement resolutions
  • Audit undelivered reports for terminals to ensure proper procedures were followed
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize claims and exceptions on freight

Experience


  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • 1+ years customer service / clerical experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills - email, excel, word, etc
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
