This role will support senior leaders in Operational Risk Management. We are looking for an Administrative Professional who is willing to learn the business and anticipate the needs of leadership. Must be able to communicate effectively with people across multiple business areas and levels. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, allowing them to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager. Other duties may include: collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
