Job Description

Attractive Interiors is a leading home staging company specializing in transforming properties into attractive and marketable spaces. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide vital support to our operations.

As an Administrative Assistant at Attractive Interiors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, functional process of our daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our home staging team and assist with various tasks related to project coordination, scheduling, and client communication. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the home staging industry. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A STAGING POSITION.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with project coordination and logistics, including ordering and tracking inventory and coordinating deliveries
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient procurement of staging materials and supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the home staging team, including handling phone calls, emails, and staging inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Assist with client invoicing, billing, and payment processing
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, contracts, and reports
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, and property visits with clients and team members
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by identifying opportunities for process improvement


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to organizational skills, plus attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Mac Products, Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox ( Dubsado and Click Up is a plus)
  • Familiarity with the real estate or home staging industry is a plus
  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
