• Underwriting/Asset Management
o Conductfollow-updiscussionswithinvesteestoclarifydatareceivedandtogathernew
information, as needed.
o Completetheunderwritingmatrixforexistingandpotentialborrowers/investees.
▪ Update tables based on audit and other appropriate reporting obtained from the borrower / investee
▪ Analyze and summarize findings
▪ Determine the appropriate Risk Stage through conversation with COO or other
identified staff and
▪ Update Salesforce Investee Profile Report if appropriate. Client to provide access to
o Createinvestmentpresentationslidesforinvestmentreviewmeetingsforprospectinvestments based on the existing data tables in the underwriting matrix and template presentation slides.
o Presenttherelevantinformationatinvestmentreviewmeetings:1)Finalinternalapproval meeting with CIO and CEO and 2) board meeting, typically 2-3 times per year. Both presentations are done in collaboration with COO.
