Position Summary:


We are looking for highly motivated & resourceful Team Leaders who will contribute to the revenue growth of the organization by leading a growing team of 12-15 outside sales reps (Business Analysts) bringing in new business. We are looking for dedicated leaders who are driven and looking for unlimited earning opportunities and establishing a long-term career with us. The Ideal Candidate:


  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Tried and true sales leader with a proven track record of building top-tier sales teams
  • 3+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale, or payroll sales are preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Desire to excel and grow within the organization
  • Knowledge of the company’s products, services, and business operations
  • Ability to solve problems with creative solutions to sales challenges
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CRM experience
  • Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience
Responsibilities:


  • Grow your team through outbound recruiting and interviewing
  • Work closely with your team on prospecting, training, and development
  • Accurately track and record activities in CRM
  • Drive revenue growth by onboarding and training a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads
  • Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all areas of merchant services
  • Organize your day and week around competing demands
  • Deliver solution-driven presentations to business partners
  • Implement a team strategy to exceed sales and recruiting goals
  • Lead a team of Regional Business Analysts that are responsible for providing small to mid-sized businesses with our suite of business tools: payment processing, merchant services, e-commerce tools, and more.
  • Learn and understand all statements, hardware, software, and reporting offered by Viking
  • Be a strong leader and mentor within our organization

Minimum Qualifications:


Education: Highschool degree or equivalent


Experience: Merchant Services / Payment Processing, financial industry-related experience – ACH, RCC, Credit & Debit


Other Skills: Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills; ability to respond quickly and effectively when dealing with a variety of people, and situations, organized, self-driven and goal-oriented; ethical with consistent follow-through skills; second language is a plus
