Location: We work worldwide, but this position requires remote work from the US with a US market understanding.

Hours: 40 hours per week for full-time. You are free to choose your own hours as long as there's some overlap during the daytime of our EST team for meetings and other internal cultural events.

We’ve taken this brand from $0 to currently around $1.3M/mo in 12 months. Fully bootstrapped and profitable. We’re gearing up for our next growth phase and need a superstar to lead our Sales Team. We are looking for a dedicated sales lead to coordinate our sales teams, build SOPs, build culture, ensure the team's sales quotas are met, and support the management.
To be successful as a sales lead, you should have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the store's products and services.

🚀 Job Responsibilities:
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Leverage data to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and nurture leads, track sales activities, and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects.
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
- Continuously develop new Processes, SOPs and Standards to reach highest quality and knowledge sharing.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
🧩 Your Experience:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive sales decisions.
- Experience selling High ticket products Online or via Phone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Extensive experience with CRM, Sales, marketing, analytical tools.
- Able to work within the EST timezone.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Leadership role within eCommerce space, retail or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities along with excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong in setting and establishing Goals, KPIs, and new processes.
- Experience CMS platforms, such as Shopify or WordPress.
