This partner will oversee a team of commercialization managers on the New Product Introduction Team that are responsible for the end-to-end project management for development and scaling innovation or optimization items into the marketplace.

As a mgr program management, you will…

• Optimize ways of working both internally and cross-functionally to find efficiencies in effective execution
• Lead the team through prioritization and flexibility to serve the enterprise through core and reinvention initiatives
• Coach and mentor team in project management, commercialization, and professional development
