Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or any combination of relevant education and experience

Identify and manage assessment of major changes to scope, schedule and budget through the appropriate Program and Enterprise governance approval mechanisms

Coach and mentor team in project management, commercialization, and professional development

3-5 years of program and/or project management experience

5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

Primary focus is program/project management, rather than the application of expertise

Focus on process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, program management and other processes that drive adoption and impact

Lead and manage cross-functional/indirect team in planning and executing business programs

Communicate and collaborate with others to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements

Strong project management knowledge, combined with problem-solving skills, with a focus on satisfying customers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex analysis in a concise manner and to convince others without authority.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $127,000 – $190,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
