Program Manager (Crisis Management)

About the Role

Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Project Manager position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Manager will oversee a large, strategic initiative that supports the Field and Customers in the Crisis Space. You will own and drive the agile process to perform retrospectives, drive sprint planning, and drive sprint reviews. This is an exciting opportunity to gain high visibility within the organization and have a lot of ownership over your work.

The Ideal Candidate

• BA or MS in Business Management
• 5+ years combined experience: Agile, Project/Program Management, Delivery Management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to present updates and ideas to business leaders, customer experience and sales leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Experience driving agile (as a scrum master)
• Experience overseeing team collaboration and program/project orchestration
• Experienced in customer experience, success strategy, and operations.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
