Job Summary
Starpower is an entertainment marketing and pop culture strategy agency that counsels and connects brands with entertainment, sport, music, fashion and beauty Talent, Influencers and Content. We are seeking an Account Coordinator that is digitally savvy and a pop culture enthusiast. You will support the data-driven execution of best in class influencer marketing programs.

What You’ll Do

• Organize all submitted content for team and brand reviews
• Monitor and mine sports & entertainment news for proactive talent-lead content opportunities (gifting, sponsoring, etc.) and generally relevant information for clients
• Work closely with team to provide support in project management of campaigns such as:
• Track campaign performance in real-time
• Supervise branded content for quality control once live
• Provide administrative support such as submitting invoices, inputting creative briefs, shipping product, crafting meeting agendas and providing recaps
• Manage influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of content development
• Development of client facing materials; casting sheets, scopes, formal offers, contracts and recap documents
• Support/assist agency talent buyers in the talent procurement process for campaigns
• Attend in-person client meetings, participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients

What You Should Have

• Supports in all day-to-day client and team tasks/needs and able to effectively manage up to team and project leads, keeping all on track with admin duties and reminders
• 0-1 Year of Experience
• Works closely with account team to understand importance of tasks and is able to easily shift priorities and communicate optimally to team
• We live and breathe pop culture, so we expect our Account Coordinators to have a highly developed passion and curiosity for pop-culture/entertainment (entertainment, sports, music, fashion and beauty celebrities, athletes, musicians and digital influencers), as well as the overall business of pop-culture and entertainment
• Highly engaged and flags potential relevant opportunities/giftings while acting as the backbone of the team in campaigns and activities
• Excellent organization and communication skills, phenomenal attention to detail
• Ability to succeed in a fast-past, deadline-driven environment

Pay Range: $52,000 - $55,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications and geographical location.
