THIS IS A REMOTE (work from home) position.
Bridge is currently seeking anAccount Manager who will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of all campaigns and deliverables while serving as the main point of contact for the client. This includes an emphasis on managing schedules and client expectations, as well as responding to all client requests.The Account Manager will also assist the account team by organizing project documentation, responding to client requests, and distributing information to internal resources as needed. The ideal candidate will have outstanding project management skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to build great personal and professional relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client expectations, and working with internal teams to make sure everyone is aligned;
- Troubleshooting issues with campaign execution and deliverable production.
- Preparing and issuing billing documents for their book of business;
- Being responsible for building multi-channel proposals for clients;
- Supporting the group’s stable book of business by identifying orders for repeat business and maintaining good client relations;
- Serving as the client’s main point of contact and the subject matter expert on campaign strategy;
- Providing solutions and managing the completion of all client requests;
- Monitoring the campaign’s performance, and suggesting improvements throughout the process;
- Directly managing and training the Account Coordinator(s) on your team, growing into a senior leadership role;
- Directly overseeing every campaign, from the creation to the execution to the final deliverable;
- Interacting with all levels of the client’s staff, including all external communications;
- Leading the scheduled execution of all campaigns and deliverables;
Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- A self-aware, emotionally intelligent;
- Passionate about digital marketing and consumer data;
- Ability to manage client expectations well and have difficult conversations when needed;
- Strong ability to build and manage long-lasting relationships;
- Knowledgeable about the digital marketing space
- Always being of service to the client and colleagues;
- Possess a confident, positive attitude, a motivated team player;
- Prior experience building compelling proposals for clients;
- Strong project management skills;
- Highly proficient with Excel and Salesforce.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing with an agency, brand, and/or top online publisher required;
- Prior experience working with DSPs, ESPs, and Social Media preferred;
