Donation Ambassador Roles and Responsibilities
·Reports to Community/Donations Director
·Assists with keeping track of all donations, silent auction items and tax-exempt status from donors via spreadsheet and turn into CEO/CFO/Community Donations Director weekly
·Releases new donors and sponsors to social media Director
·Assists Community/Donations Director with other duties as directed
·Engages social media sites and for donations and sponsors
·Attends fundraisers and conventions when applicable
·Keeps all Foundation non-social media content confidential
·Assists with other projects as requested by CEO/Founder
·Contact Professional Resources in your area for Foundation Website
·Leads in collecting donations and items for raffles and silent auctions as needed for special events
Community Assistant Roles & Responsibilities
Community Assistant provides administrative support to our foundation.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and a good sense of humor!
Ultimately, your goal will be to help ensure clear communication of our foundation’s message across all channels.
·Reports to CEO/Community/Donations Director
·Assists CEO/Community/Donations Director and Foundation Senior Staff to build a relationship between our Warriors and Professional Resources
·Look for Professional Resources throughout the states for our Warriors
·Helps our warriors and professional resources by raising awareness
·Assists Directors with other website, PR and social duties as directed
·Engages other CRPS/RSD social media sites and introduces foundation to obtain new followers and subscribers for the newsletter and works to gain volunteers to sign-up for event support
·Assists and plans fundraisers
·Attends fundraisers and conventions when applicable
·Keeps all foundation non-social media content confidential
·Contacts and manages professional resources for foundation website
·Assists in collecting donations and items for raffles and silent auctions as needed for special events
Requirements:
·Strong attention to detail
·Healthcare/Medical experience is also a big winner
Social Media Assistant Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assists Social Media Director with duties as directed
2. Engages in likes, comments, and ensures they are being done at least 10x per day per platform
3. Addresses the communication in messages and ensures the messages are being addressed correctly and sent to the Social Media Director and/or CEO
4. Works collaboratively with other social media team members to ensure all posts are scheduled at the designated time
5. Engages other CRPS/RSD social media sites and introduces Foundation to get new followers.
6. Attends fundraisers and conventions when applicable
7. Keeps all Foundation nonsocial media content confidential and in house social media confidential.
8. Assists with other projects as directed by CEO
9. Contacts professional resources in area for Foundation website
10. Assists in collecting donations and items for raffles and silent auctions as
11. Needed for special events
13. Performs other related projects as agreed upon
