➡️ About The Role:
Speakrbrand is a remote digital marketing agency looking for a Social Media Account Manager on a part-time-contract basis (full-time opportunities available) to be part of a purposeful, impactful mission, serving keynote speakers worldwide.
This position is to lead the social media strategy and execution and work hands-on with our keynote speaker/thought leader clients to develop their content strategy and schedule, lead copywriting and create content such as graphics as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organization with an opportunity to scale and grow with a purpose-driven team.
You should be an expert in LinkedIn and Instagram strategies. You are perfect for this role if you can maintain open and direct communication. Experience working with personal brands (entrepreneurs, coaches, keynote speakers) is a plus.
Social media managers will work with the leadership and design teams, such as video editing specialists, to distribute content across social media channels, lead engagement strategies, and complete various marketing projects.
We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, is proactive, trustworthy, and a strong communicator.
➡️ Responsibilities
• Develop social media strategies for keynote speaker clients
• Help lead video editing specialists to help create/edit videos for social content for content calendars
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain monthly social media calendars
• Copywriting: lead all copywriting, tailoring copy for each social media platform using ChatGPT
• Design social media content: graphics, flyers, and infographics as needed (we already have over 100s of templates you can repurpose)
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Create monthly social media analytic reports
➡️ Requirements
• Skilled in social media management with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
• Experience working with personal brands (speakers, authors, coaches) strongly preferred
• Strong copywriting skills with experience writing social media copy for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Proven graphic design experience and graphic design softwares (e.g: Canva)
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g: Asana, Slack, Google Drive)
• Proven working experience in social media management
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Shows positive attitude, professionalism, and can deliver open and direct consistent communication
