In this role, you will be responsible for working with various areas within the onboarding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) products and services enterprise wide to successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.
Job Highlights:
  • Responsible to set up, modify, and delete services for commercial/corporate customers, small business customers, and internal customers across multiple sites and systems. Products supported currently include ACH Origination products, ACH Receipt based products, including ACH Positive Pay, ACH Blocks, Universal Payment Identification Code (UPIC), and ACH Filters.
  • Researches and resolves complex questions and problems to meet business needs. Requires thorough knowledge of all applicable products, services, rules, and regulations. Offers feedback on procedure updates and process improvements.
  • Obtains missing or incomplete information, follows up on requests, answers questions, resolves problems and guides customers through the implementation process into a production state.
  • Participates in customer calls, acts as a SME resource, demonstrates sound judgement and discretion when encountering exceptions to processes and procedures.
  • Responsibilities include NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) integration testing, along with timely resolution of suspended files/batches.
  • Contacts external and internal customers (Global Treasury Management and Small Business segment) throughout the onboarding/set up process.
Basic Qualifications
  • Two to three years of clerical and/or customer service experience
  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations, NACHA File formatting and testing
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Basic knowledge of the organization, products, services and systems
  • Ability to perform technical functions, including running macros and working with Parm tables
  • Good time management skills, stay to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in Prep Plus Mainframe, Adobe, and internal banking applications
  • Familiarity with various operations in the ACH area. General level of knowledge PC based word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, ability to be fluid between tasks, and organizational/planning skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of interfaces and timing of systems and applications to set up products correctly
