Qualitest is seeking an Account Director/Manager (Media) for our team.


We are looking for a Strategic account director/manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales. As an Account Manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. So, if you have excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.


Responsibilities


  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Monitor sales performance metrics
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
  • Manage our key accounts portfolio
  • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives


Requirements


  • Drive transformational changes needed to achieve the customers' objectives, informed by deep industry and engineering expertise in Media/entertainment.
  • Responsible for communications with the client and within Qualitest up to the CxO level regarding expectations, performance, governance and issue escalation/resolution during the course of delivery to ensure success.
  • Accountable for overseeing end-to-end service delivery and ensuring all contractual commitments are met. Works with the customer to amend and approve changes as necessary.
  • Accountable for pipeline development, convert into revenue, manage healthy margin, ensure higher CSAT, and value delivered across assigned accounts and serves as the “point person” for all customer negotiations
  • Participates in the continued development of internal processes, contribute to mindshare, build artifacts and methodologies.
  • Experience driving growth in tier 1 media/entertainment services firm
  • Understand Development/QA Delivery and have business development expertise
  • 10+ years as an account manager in a services firm
  • Work hand in hand with internal teams (Sales/ Customer Success, CoE, and Delivery) to develop and manage account strategy.
  • Effectively leads and inspires the QT team members engaged in the delivery. Coach and develop the team.
  • Actively participate in the pursuit process of our large scale deals, working cross-functionally to ensure we are selling what we can deliver as aligned with the customer’s objectives; work with teams to deliver the pitch, define scope/team and contribute to pricing and contractual arrangements.

  • A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $160,000 - $200,000
