About the opportunity


Reporting to the Senior Partner Manager and Marketing Lead, you will join our Coach team, part of the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.  We have market-leading software products like Mariana Tek, TrueCoach, Clubware, Resamania and PerfectMind as well as Commerce Accelerating Technologies like Connect (Brandbot) and Insights (Intelli-hub) that are designed to help our clients manage and grow their business. 


As the Marketing Manager – Campaigns and Events you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success the go-to-market plan in the ‘Coach’ segment. You will develop compelling product positioning and messaging, deliver integrated go-to-market programs driving growth, build impactful content for our marketing campaigns and events, and enable our commercial teams to execute at their best.  You will partner closely with key clients, community and influencers, as well as sales and product stakeholders across the organisation to drive measurable impact in the global fitness coaching market.


The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering compelling stories and content, enabling sales teams, and driving pipeline with targeted marketing activities in partnership with field marketing and commercial sales teams.  You will have a great track record of managing integrated product campaigns and interpreting results. 


Responsibilities include: 


  • Manage the nurturing of leads, from initial contact to free trial and from free trial to conversion, using integrated marketing tools and techniques.
  • Plan and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, to generate brand awareness, foster relationships, and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activity performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts and support business objectives.
  • Work with the Product team to translate product functionality and benefits into compelling marketing messages for new and existing coaches
  • Partner with sales and field marketing teams in developing regional customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use.
  • Align with Sales and regional Field Marketing teams to develop and deliver sales enablement materials that underpin campaign execution including lead generation and follow up.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Drive brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to create compelling and engaging marketing collateral, including website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, flyers and social media content.
  • Support the launch process for key product launches through the local buyer campaign execution, including regional localisation of launch plans and content as required.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.


Qualifications


What would make me a good candidate?


  • Flexibility to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Extensive background in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns focused on specific market segments. A full understanding of how to segment the market and audience relative to a specific product and identify the appropriate targets.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills to keep multiple projects and teams on track, and knowing when to ask for help.
  • Experience with, knowledge of, and passion for B2B Saas Software products.
  • Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to establish buy-in for go-to-market priorities
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative - with the execution skills to make it all count
  • 3+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience in fast growth Saas-based software companies.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, a bias for action and a comfort with numbers
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate a complex organisation to drive projects from idea to execution fast
  • Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
  • Strong communication, story-telling, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and different functions; ability to take complex and make it simple.
  • Phenomenal at establishing relationships and maintaining tact in times of stress
  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on lead generation.


Preferred Qualifications


  • May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
  • Experience in the fitness industry.
  • The average base salary pay range for this position is $72,000 to $82,000
  • A solid grasp of HubSpot, Asana, or a related CRM software
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in lead generation and digital marketing.
