Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and strategize candidate recruitment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from crafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates and providing hiring recommendations.
Lead new hire onboarding and orientation.
Foster structured intern programs through partnerships with local colleges/universities.
Address employee relations matters, offering guidance on policy interpretation and labor laws.
Maintain HRIS and application tracking systems for Ohio-based employees.
Contribute to the employee culture committee, assisting in company events and employee recognition.
Requirements
Perform additional HR-related duties as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Management.
3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Skill in handling sensitive situations with discretion and sound judgment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence others credibly with well-founded recommendations.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
