  • All duties are to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability for overtime as needed:
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative support for all aspects of human resources for employees, supervisory staff and the management team.
  • Assist in the development of talent planning and succession planning.
  • Manages special projects as assigned.
  • Data Analysis & Project Coordination
  • Ensure timely completion of annual HR processes (Performance evaluation, merit increases, talent planning, personnel planning, training etc.)
  • Duties in this position are occasionally repetitive, requiring analysis and the use of individual judgment.
  • Extracts, synthesizes and analyzes data derived from various systems, including surveys. Use data analysis to identify trends, create and maintain dashboards, and design and produce ad hoc reports and templates.
  • Develops and enhances HR Metrics, dashboards and reports for distribution to Executive Management.
  • Ability to conduct confidential investigations related to possible employee relations, EEO, security, safety and other policy violations.

  • Trains managers on the performance appraisal process or use of the system. Reports on usage and trends and works to improve delivery to employees.
  • Coordinate and maintain the performance management system including job descriptions, performance discussions, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate exempt staffing and recruiting as needed.
  • Own and lead specific projects in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with Recruiting and HR Operations to seamlessly process the candidate through the hiring process and onboarding.
  • Completes exit interview process on all voluntary and involuntary terminations.
  • Participates in HR projects and implements HR programs and processes as needed, such as SOPs.
  • No Supervision required.
