As the Customer Success Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, driving excellence in customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships. Your mission will be to enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication, resolving issues with finesse, and conducting insightful risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire Success: Lead and guide the customer success team, empowering them to achieve department goals and excel in their roles through ongoing training and support.
Customer Happiness Advocate: You will be the voice of our customers! Ensuring their delight by proactively addressing their needs, handling escalations, and collaborating with internal teams for swift issue resolution.
Retention Champion: Foster customer retention efforts by understanding client requirements and advocating the value of our platform and digital marketing services. Spot potential churn risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Be the bridge that connects our teams! Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Billing, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Responsibilities
Responsive & Proactive Support: Lead the charge in providing top-notch customer service. Be the go-to person for technical and marketing support inquiries, ensuring clients get the most from our services.
Onboarding & Training Master: Oversee seamless onboarding for new customers, ensuring they receive thorough training and achieve optimal adoption of our services and features.
Process Improvement Guru: Continuously refine onboarding and support processes, enhance documentation, and communication infrastructure to optimize customer interactions.
Experience & Qualifications
Customer-Centric Experience: You bring a minimum of 3 years of Customer Success management experience, and prior experience in SaaS is a plus.
Proven Leadership: Your track record in a customer-facing role, coupled with team management skills, makes you an excellent leader.
Empathetic Communicator: You possess exceptional written and verbal skills, effectively explaining technical concepts with ease.
Data-Driven & Analytical: Your keen eye for detail and analytical mindset help you identify trends, growth opportunities, and keep churn at bay.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM applications, support ticketing systems, and online demo tools are assets for success in this role.
