This role might be ideal for you if you possess:
A bachelor’s degree. A clean record in relation to federal student loans is a must. If engaged in a rehabilitation program, your credit report should reflect current payments, free from delinquency.
Outstanding organizational skills. Juggling multiple responsibilities requires impeccable time management and prioritization, especially when on the move.
Effective communication and presentation skills. Your ability to convey information persuasively, in person, and in writing, coupled with strong listening skills, will set you apart.
High emotional intelligence. Your role will involve coaching diverse students and families, each with unique situations, as well as fostering relationships with school districts and staff. Empathy is crucial to your success.
A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, schedule flexibility, and willingness to travel. With extensive travel in your territory, a clean driving record and access to your own vehicle are essential. Some events may require evening and weekend availability. If you reside outside of Phoenix, expect to travel here periodically.
Proficiency in computer literacy. As part of our remote workforce, you'll rely on digital tools to execute tasks effectively. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement.
