Position Overview
As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to extend the SiriusXM service to current customers who are in the midst of a FREE trial. Your primary responsibilities will include educating customers about our various packages and helping them choose the one that best suits their needs. With comprehensive training, our agents have the opportunity to earn up to $15/hour, including base pay and commissions.
Position Hours
Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Qualifications
Our most successful representatives possess one or more of the following:
One year or more of inside Sales experience
Door-to-door Sales or Collections experience
Technology sales experience
Retail face-to-face customer service experience
Problem-solving customer service experience
Call center experience
Requirements
Computer proficiency in a MS Windows environment
Excellent verbal skills (clear & confident)
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Commitment to work schedule
Distraction-free work environment
Equipment And Technical Requirements
Windows 10 or above (no MacBook, Win Book, or Chromebook)
High-speed internet with Ethernet cord hardwired into router
USB headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone
Webcam
Minimum 6GB RAM
Internet speed – 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required
