We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring the well-being of our employees.
Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits: Craft and assess compensation and benefits packages that reward and motivate our talented workforce.
Insurance Programs: Administer health and life insurance programs to safeguard our employees' well-being.
Training and Development: Implement training and development plans to nurture the growth and potential of our team members.
Performance Reviews: Plan and conduct quarterly and annual performance review sessions to support professional development.
Employee Benefits: Keep our employees informed about additional benefits they may be eligible for, such as extra vacation days.
Records Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records, including new hire information and employment status changes.
Organizational Charts: Create and manage organizational charts and detailed job descriptions, including salary records.
Recruitment: Anticipate hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies to promote consistency and fairness across the organization.
Budget Management: Monitor departmental budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Employee Support: Address employee queries promptly and provide effective solutions.
Compliance: Stay informed about and adhere to changes in labor legislation.
Skills And Qualifications
Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
HRIS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as ADP TotalSource.
ATS Familiarity: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Legal Acumen: Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Recruitment: Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities.
Team Management: Effective team management skills.
Education: A BSc/MSc in Human Resources or a relevant field is preferred.
Language Skills: Bilingualism (Spanish optional).
