Field Clinical Representative - Remote | Wfh

The role of the Field Clinical Representative revolves around delivering technical expertise, clinical guidance, and educational support to ensure the seamless integration of Inspire therapy and products. This position seeks to foster a safe and efficient adoption process. The Field Clinical Representative collaborates with an array of stakeholders, including customers, medical professionals, clinic personnel, and fellow Inspire team members, with the aim of driving both procedural excellence and overall practice success.
Opportunities You'll Embrace In This Position
Extend technical aid during implant procedures and device activation stages.
Uphold necessary credentials for seamless access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
Assume a role of technical leadership and education within the designated region, specifically catering to clinical staff.
Provide comprehensive post-training follow-up encompassing procedural reviews, on-site training sessions, and continued assistance.
Guide customers in troubleshooting device-related issues.
Work in tandem with sales personnel to develop tailored training and support strategies for targeted customers.
Actively share peer-reviewed scientific and clinical insights with customers and the assigned sales team whenever relevant.
Leverage your technical acumen to contribute to regional educational and training initiatives.
Stay abreast of pertinent scientific publications and clinical evidence.
Essential Requirements
Your Contributions to Our Dynamic Team:
A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical, healthcare, or the medical device industry, OR an Associate's degree or Professional Certification paired with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in clinical/healthcare or the medical device industry.
Proficiency in effective communication and collaborative teamwork within a clinical environment.
Profound computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
Adept problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Readiness to travel within your designated territory, including overnight stays when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
A degree in Nursing, Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
Previous exposure to Operating Room (surgical) scenarios involving implantable devices.
