Responsibilities
Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and transform them into technical specifications. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and fellow developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our organization's and customers' needs.
Craft and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications using industry best practices, ensuring adherence to coding standards, scalability, and maintainability.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and collaborate closely with the QA team and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
Stay Ahead: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development and apply them to enhance our products and processes.
Teamwork and Innovation: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuously improve software development practices.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a Software Developer or in a similar role.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Extensive experience with web application development, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API). Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and proficiency in writing efficient queries and optimizing database performance.
Methodologies and Tools: Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA, Git).
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex software issues.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
