Job Overview
We are seeking a resourceful and creative remote instructional designer to craft training solutions catering to external customers and internal sales teams. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive needs analysis drawing from diverse sources to pinpoint learning objectives and address organizational skill and knowledge gaps.
Collaborate in a consultative fashion with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders. Gather insights, review content, and propose impactful instructional design strategies.
Develop instructional materials encompassing needs analysis, storyboards, eLearning modules, training videos, assessments, multimedia designs, and comprehensive documentation.
Oversee multiple projects concurrently, including deadline setting, coordination, and ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery.
Create and deploy engaging e-learning courses and training modules, fostering interactivity and knowledge retention.
Team up with subject matter experts to identify effective online teaching mechanisms.
Formulate project documentation, including e-learning and video development standards, templates, and storyboards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and developing learning interventions, utilizing e-learning tools such as Captivate and Camtasia.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 is required.
Demonstrated track record of credibility in the learning industry, with current insights into Human Performance Technology and instructional design best practices.
Strong interpersonal aptitude, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
Possesses a strategic mindset and excels in collaborative settings.
Exceptional consultation skills, facilitating effective knowledge transfer.
Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
