Key Responsibilities
🌟 Develop and implement strategic sourcing and quality assurance strategies for electronic devices and components, ensuring a steady supply of top-quality materials at competitive costs.
🌟 Foster strong supplier relationships and negotiate effectively to ensure supply continuity and alignment with our vision.
🌟 Identify, consolidate, and manage sources of supply to support our Supply Chain strategy, working closely with Design Engineering for component qualification.
🌟 Stay informed about market conditions, technology trends, and best-in-class suppliers to keep our products at the cutting edge.
🌟 Enhance manufacturer participation and optimize supplier compliance to improve inventory metrics, reducing lead times and enhancing customer service.
🌟 Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, contributing to a sustainable and responsible approach.
Qualifications
🔧 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and supply chain management.
🔧 BS/MS degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
🔧 Familiarity with electronic components and semiconductor industry trends.
🔧 Strong communication and project management skills.
