Our client, an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, is looking to hire a Order Management Coordinator to join their team remotely! In this exciting role for the companies new uniform brand, you will drive the success of our client uniform programs by helping to support key operational tasks and making supporting processes more efficient.
*This is a 6-month contract with possibility of extension or converting*
*100% remote but able to work either EST OR CST times *
Responsibilities:
- Service as main point of contact for client Style Centers
- You will support our internal team to complete operational tasks required to support the foundation of our business
- Help Sales and Account Team place orders in partnership with DC – you will own the order, communication of the tracking information, and tracking of costs
- Read through returns reporting feedback and share insights with Distribution Center, Contact Center, and Business Teams
- Help track logistics for things like orders sent, delivery status, returns needs, etc.
- Manage client mailbox – understanding client issues, coordinating with our internal teams to find answers, and communicate the status and next steps back to our clients
- Interface with team to understand issues & triage
- Coordinate and execute key tasks across internal stakeholders and clients
- Make judgement calls on how to facilitate next steps across multiple stakeholders
- Data entry for technology product catalogue in partnership with product team or other miscellaneous data entry tasks
- Facilitate dissemination of information for operational updates to cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., you will be responsible to pull reports, ensure they are shared with the right team members, and that everyone is clear on actions required of them to meet client needs)
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Previous retail or apparel experience preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- 3+ years of previous Order Management Coordination experience
- Must be comfortable with Email (Outlook), and tracking mechanisms such as Excel or Smartsheet
