We're seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor of Billing and Order Management to join our growing team at Telesystem. As a key member of our Service Delivery department, you'll lead a team to ensure that our billing processes are executed with precision, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

As the Supervisor of Billing and Order Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of billing procedures in a fully remote environment, while also monitoring and reporting on operational metrics and key performance indicators for billing requests. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Implementation Managers, Voice Operations, Sales, and Network Operations, you will ensure seamless order completion and customer invoicing. This role reports directly to the Manager of Service Delivery and will play a vital part in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine remote staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new team members.
• Adhere to company policies, including EEO guidelines and safety regulations.
• Communicate the company's mission, vision, and culture to remote employees.
• Manage one-time credits and back-billed credits, reporting them effectively to management.
• Supervise team members to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures in a virtual setting.
• Present weekly and monthly billing metrics, fostering transparent communication.
• Provide guidance and solutions to remote employee performance issues.
• Create, request, and evaluate billing and order entry reports, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing.
• Proactively address order escalations and manage escalations when necessary.
• Cultivate a positive remote departmental environment that aligns with company values.
• Utilize order management and billing programs to process requests, orders, tickets, and tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in management meetings to contribute to the company's business objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous remote department duties as needed.
• Develop, document, and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment.
• Set project timelines and deadlines for remote team members and facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Rev.io preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working remotely.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience or project lead experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in a virtual context.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous telecommunications experience in sales support, billing, or order management role required.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges in a remote work environment.
