Job Description

:

Your role will be that of Content Management Specialist. The primary responsibility would be assisting both the Education and Implementation departments with content strategy, creation, implementation, and execution of educational programming within the Learning Management System and Support Site.

It’s important to note that INNERGY is still very entrepreneurial – meaning we all need to wear different hats at different times. We are a group of generalists that can serve many different needs as we evolve.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strategy for creating, updating, and maintaining video and help article resources on the INNERGY support site.
  • Enhance formatting on all resources.
  • Documenting and disseminating INNERGY permissions and what they do for both internal and external customers.
  • Updating, building upon, and adding courses in the Learning Management System.
  • Learn, upload and maintain education content in the Learning Management System and maintain a library of original content files.
  • Perform simple video editing.
  • Working with the Product Team and Implementation team to revamp and continually maintain INNERGY support site.
  • Creating new resources on a monthly and weekly basis by coordinating teammates and assigning tasks.
  • Create a working database of columns, grids, and fields within the INNERGY software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Create and maintain FAQ’s for both the LMS and INNERGY support site.
  • Documenting and tracking all resources available to our customers.
  • Update analytics and progress reports in preparation for meetings.

  • Experience in a Learning Management System is a plus


Position requirements:

  • Ability to lift 45lbs or less.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work/look at a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Your position is not expected to require a significant amount of travel, but we expect that you might be on the road up to 20% of your time.
  • Ability to travel for a maximum of one week at a time. Both domestic and international travel may be required. A valid US passport will be required, if not already in place. Weekend travel may be required during conventions and shows.
