Job Description

Work hours are 9-6 PST, can work remotely from anywhere in USA

Looking for an Order Management Specialist who is a team player with strong communication skills and can work independently. In this role, you will:

  • Review reports and complete reporting tasks
  • Master the order fulfillment processes
  • Process and provision orders into various systems
  • Liaise with Autodesk Finance team to resolve billing issues
  • Urgently respond to escalations


Qualification

  • You are detail-driven and a master multitasker
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • You are able to work independently and be a self-starter
  • You are results-driven
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software
  • You are able to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Minimum education requirement- Some college
  • 1 year of operations and order fulfillment experience
