Overview
We are looking for a Learning, Culture, and Change Manager. In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide learning, culture, and change initiatives for iRhythm. You will work to continue to define and shape our culture of innovation in a hybrid working world and create learning experiences for all employees that are in line with our mission, vision and values. As the Learning, Culture, and Change Manager, you will be involved in creating and managing learning and development programs for our employees around the globe and support large-scale strategic change management initiatives related to adoption of people technology, ways of working, flexibility, talent management, people operations, and inclusion and diversity.
This position will be responsible for bringing expertise and proven experience to push our thinking, share fresh, innovative ideas and elevate the quality of programming we deliver for our team members. In this role, you will be responsible for solutions that drive faster adoption of change, and support enterprise-wide initiatives acting as a strategic thinker, leader, and practical advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Learning

• Build out a holistic learning management roadmap to guide cross-functional learning efforts.
• Design, lead, and implement strategic learning and development programs to elevate the capabilities of our employees at all levels, enterprise- wide in line with our core leadership competencies.
• Partner cross-functionally with learning teams across the business to build and define an integrated learning experience and roadmap.
• Bring a point of view on enterprise-wide learning technology, learning tools and learning design standards/processes.

Culture

• Create and manage engagement programs, culture surveys, and culture centric information.
• Refine and advance our company values, norms and ways of working to elevate our ability to collaborate in a hybrid world.

Change Management

• Implement and oversee all aspects of the change management strategy for critical people projects, such as global HCM implementation and business model changes. As a member of the HR team develop cross functional partnerships to reach all areas of the company.
• Build an enterprise change management strategy and methodology.
• Build a plan for building manager, leader and HRBP change capability across the organization.

Skills And Experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage the audience.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence leaders, comfortable interacting with all levels in the organization.
• Proven experience fostering a culture of innovation and ability to meet the needs of the business and to advance culture.
• At least 10 years of related hands-on experience in learning or culture transformation and change management.
• Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree desirable
• Experience with digital learning technologies and modern learning management systems/learning experience platforms
• Experience with training and program development; experience with instructional design and course/program facilitation ideal
