Ainsley Search Group is seeking an experienced Project/ People Change Manager ( East Coast) to join our client .The Project Change Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all change initiatives within the organization, including process and technology changes, new product introductions, and organizational transformations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successfully implementing change programs within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to change initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements where necessary
- Act as a subject matter expert on change management, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization as needed
- Lead and manage change initiatives within the organization, ensuring that all changes are effectively planned, executed, and monitored to ensure successful implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management tools and methodologies, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs
- Develop and implement change management plans that align with overall business strategy and objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, including Prosci, ADKAR, and Kotter's 8-Step Model
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex change initiatives, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in change management and transformation within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the chemical manufacturing industry would be an advantage
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
