Change Manager (Contract to hire)

Are you an experienced Change professional with a passion for driving transformational change? Radost Solutions is seeking a dynamic Change Manager to join our clients Strategic Initiatives Office (SIO) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading change initiatives to align our strategic objectives, enhance efficiency, and optimize processes.This position is a contract-to-hire position starting with a 6-month contract.

What You'll Do:

·Develop, implement, and manage change strategies using best-in-class methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.

·Monitor change adoption, address resistance, and provide coaching and training to managers to become effective change leaders.

·Create and execute communication plans including crafting clear and concise content for internal communications.

·Conduct change impact assessments with a focus on changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

·Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the success of change initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

·Develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and points of resistance during the change process.

·Coordinate with different departments and project teams to ensure the consistency and alignment of change initiatives across the organization.

·Facilitate focus groups, steering committees, and other forums to gather feedback and ensure active engagement with change initiatives.

·Implement project management best practices and tools to track progress, manage risks, and ensure project objectives are met.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Certifications:

- Prosci ADKAR, Change Management Practitioner (CMP), or another recognized OCM certification is preferred.

Skills:

- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and change management tools/frameworks.

- Ability to influence, engage, and build consensus among a wide range of stakeholders.

- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams through the change process.

- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Financial acumen for budget management related to change initiatives.

Working at Radost Solutions:

- Office Location: Remote Only

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with occasional overtime.

- Travel: None expected
