Our fashion tech startup is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Sales Person to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing industry that is disrupting the fashion industry by introducing innovative AI solutions.
As the Lead Sales Person, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales deals in North America. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and provide feedback to the product team.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry or a related field.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Compensation:
This is an equity-only position. As a startup, we are not able to offer a salary at this time, but the successful candidate will receive an equity stake in the company. We believe in the potential of our product and are committed to building a successful company together.
