The Director of Enterprise Lead Generation is responsible for generating new opportunities from among large-market employers and prospects.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review Current Leads to Determine Whether They Should Be Converted into Sales Opportunities or Discarded as Dead Ends
- Communicate with Potential Clients to Understand Their Needs and How CuraLinc's Products May Fit Within Their Ecosystem
- Monitor Competitor Activity in the Marketplace to Identify New Opportunities for Business Growth
- Determine Which Leads Are Ready for Sales Executive Involvement
- Partner with CuraLinc's Sales Leaders to Ensure All Leads Are Addressed Efficiently
- Track Lead Generation Results to Determine Which Tactics Are Most Effective and Should Be Continued or Eliminated
- Develop and Execute a Lead Generation Strategy for Enterprise-Level Employers and Prospects
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a Related Field
- Five Years of Progressive Experience in a Sales Department, Preferably Concentrating on Enterprise Lead Generation
- Previous Experience Working with Salesforce, Zoho or Other CRM Software
