We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Freelance Lead Generation Specialist with at least 6 months expertise in utilizing LinkedIn to identify and generate high-quality leads. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's customer base by leveraging LinkedIn's vast professional network.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced search techniques and LinkedIn tools to identify and connect with potential leads who fit our client's target criteria.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, optimizing outreach campaigns for maximum response rates and lead conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
  • Manage and track lead generation activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and progress.
  • Engage with prospects through personalized messaging, introducing our client's products/services and establishing meaningful connections.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers within the US market.


Requirements:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant lead generation tools.
  • A self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of various industries and the ability to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn's search filters and advanced search techniques to identify potential leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and tracking.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, specifically focused on LinkedIn lead generation within the US market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working as a freelancer or in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Familiarity with B2C lead generation and sales processes.
