Job Details
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic 1099 Sales Representative to join our team in the Scientific industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, lab testing, and business development, with a passion for driving growth and revenue in the PCR Lab Testing, Senior Care & Assisted Living Facilities space. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for PCR Lab Testing, Senior Care & Assisted Living Facilities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs
- 3+ years of experience in sales, lab testing, and business development, preferably in the PCR Lab Testing or lab market space
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
