Technical Recruiter for Boutique Staffing Firm

RedStream Technology is on the search for a motivated go-getter who seeks to build on a career in staffing -- OR who is eager to move into recruiting from another industry. As a RedStream Technical Recruiter you will be engaged in the full lifecycle of staffing, and gain deep understanding of the tech industry and the IT jobs we recruit for.

Our Technical Recruiter position requires a combination of people skills, creativity and ambition -- as well as an analytical mindset. We find personality, character, initiative, and personal drive far more important than specific skills. You'll use a combination of approaches to talent-sourcing -- from searching our vast internal database, to combing online job sites, to reaching out through the network you already have (or will quickly build) to find the right candidates to fill our clients' job needs.
