This is a FANTASTIC role for someone who wants to be one of the early BDRs in a growing company. This is a very unique role as we only promote BDR to AE’s within. There is an opportunity for the top-performing BDRs to be promoted to an AE in 4 months or less!!


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • This is an outbound BDR hunter role making 100+ cold calls a day as well as multiple email cadences.
  • Hit KPI’s
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential new clients through daily outreach via phone, email, social media, etc.
  • Effectively deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Product functionality includes email, text, and ringless voicemail drops.
  • This would come after and in addition to the person demonstrating success in the outbound SDR role.
  • There will also be opportunities for inbound lead follow-ups from trade shows, webinars, press coverage, and blogs.


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of exceeding high-volume opportunity generation/sales quotas in hyper-growth, goal-focused environments.
  • Successful experience as an outbound BDR - hunter (100+ dials per day) with 60+ meetings held per month or 720+ meetings per year (this is what the current team is doing).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent “real world” experience
  • Must be comfortable with using technology independently
  • Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills – the ability to initiate discussions with multiple-level decision-makers within an organization.
  • Basic understanding of a high metrics sales operation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in the utilization of CRM and other sales technologies.
  • Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
  • 9 months to 2.5 years of hunting experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Sales (Real Estate and/or SaaS experience is a plus).


Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):


  • A highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual with grit and enthusiasm. Persistence and tenacity are key to success in this role.
  • Comfort and experience using tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Being trained in Gap or Spin selling is a HUGE plus
  • Flexibility and Adaptability – things move fast around here!
  • Communication – Direct and highly articulate, exceptional writing skills
  • Learning Abilities/Tech Savvy
  • This person should also be coachable, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve, learn and optimize.
  • Team Player - good sense of humor, humble (we don't do egos here), competitive, collaborative
  • Organized, ability to multitask, strong time-management skills


The Perks:


  • The role could be promoted to an AE in 3 months with a large pay increase

  • $25k base and OTE is $60k uncapped (this is low for the market but most SDRs are promoted to AE in 3 months with a much higher compensation
  • Additional compensation - Commissions - $50 per qualified meeting held + $50 for sales made by Account Executive for those qualified meetings.
